The legal basis for this is Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit b) DS-GVO. If you have given your consent, the additional legal basis is Art. 6 Abs. 1 bed. a) DS-GVO.
c) Duration of storage
The data will be deleted as soon as they are no longer required for the purpose of their processing.
There may also be statutory retention requirements, for example commercial or tax retention requirements under the German Commercial Code (HGB) or the Fiscal Code (AO). If such storage obligations exist, we will block or delete your data at the end of these storage obligations.

b) Purpose and legal basis of data processing

The data recorded during registration will be stored by us as long as you are registered on our website and will then be deleted. Statutory retention periods remain unaffected.
Data transfer
We only pass on your personal data to third parties if:
a) You have given your express consent in accordance with Art. 6 Abs. 1 bed. a) DS-GVO.
b) this is legally permissible and according to Art. 6 Abs. 1 bed. b) GDPR is required to fulfill a contractual relationship with you or to carry out pre-contractual measures.
c) according to Art. 6 Abs. 1 bed. c) DS-GVO there is a legal obligation for the transfer.
We are legally obliged to transmit data to state authorities, e.g. tax authorities, social security institutions, health insurance companies, supervisory authorities and law enforcement authorities.
d) the transfer according to Art. 6 Abs. 1 bed. f) DS-GVO to safeguard legitimate corporate interests and to assert, exercise or defend legal claims and there is no reason to assume that you have an overriding legitimate interest in not disclosing your data.
e) according to Art. 28 DS-GVO, when processing, external service providers use processors who are obliged to handle their data with care.

b) Purpose and legal basis
We only process your data for the purpose of processing your application.
A transfer to third parties does not take place. The legal basis for processing is Art. 88 Abs. 1 GDPR V.m. § 26 BDSG and additionally Art. 6 Abs. 1 bed. b) DS-GVO.
If you give us your consent to be included in our pool of applicants, the legal basis is Art. 6 Abs. 1 bed. a) DS-GVO.
c) Storage duration
If we cannot offer you a position, we will store your data for a maximum of six months after the end of the application process, taking into account §61b Para. 1 ArbGG i.V.m. § 15 AGG. The start of the period is the receipt of the rejection letter.
If you have given us your consent to be included in our pool of applicants, we will store your data for a maximum of two years.
d) Data transfer
Your data will only be given to the departments involved in the decision (responsible HR or Specialist departments, management, works council).
We are also obliged to inform public bodies and institutions (e.g. B. public prosecutor's office, police, supervisory authorities, tax office, social security agencies, etc.) to transmit their data.
Other data recipients can be those bodies for which you have given us your consent to data transmission.

You can comment on articles on our website. If you comment on a post, we collect and store the data that you enter in the input mask. In addition to the comments you have left, information about the time you entered the comment and any user names (pseudonyms) you have chosen will also be stored and published. The IP address assigned to the person concerned by the Internet Service Provider (ISP) is also stored. A disclosure to third parties does not occur.
b) Purpose and legal basis
The data you transmit (e.g. the IP address) is for security reasons and in the event that the person concerned violates the rights of third parties or posts illegal content by submitting a comment.
The collected personal data will not be passed on to third parties unless such a transfer is required by law or serves the legal defense of the person responsible for processing.
The legal basis for the processing of personal data transmitted when using the comment function is, if and to the extent that you have given your consent, Art. 6 Abs. 1 bed. a) DS-GVO. You can revoke this consent at any time. The legality of the data processing operations that have already taken place remains unaffected by the revocation.
Another legal basis is Art. 6 Abs. 1 bed. f) DS-GVO.
We have a legitimate interest in processing if the rights of third parties are violated or illegal content is posted. This is for security purposes in case someone writes illegal content in comments and posts (insults, forbidden political propaganda, etc.)
c) Duration of storage
The comments and the associated data (e.g. IP address) are stored and remain on our website until the commented content has been completely deleted or the comments have to be deleted for legal reasons.

c) Duration of storage
The duration of the storage of the above data depends on the background of your contact. Your personal data will be deleted regularly if the intended purpose of the communication no longer applies and storage is no longer necessary. This can result, for example, from the processing of your request.
Newsletter
a) Type and scope of data processing
On our website you have the option of subscribing to a free regular e-mail newsletter. In order to be able to send you the newsletter regularly, we need your e-mail address.
For sending the newsletter we use the so-called Double opt-in procedure.
This means that we will only send you an e-mail newsletter if you have expressly confirmed to us that you consent to the sending of the newsletter. We will then send you a confirmation email asking you to click on a link to confirm that you wish to receive future newsletters from us.
This is to ensure that only you as the owner of the specified e-mail address can register for the newsletter. Your confirmation must be made promptly after receipt of the confirmation e-mail, otherwise your newsletter registration will be automatically deleted from our database.

When you register for the newsletter, we also save your IP address entered by the Internet Service Provider (ISP) as well as the date and time of registration in order to be able to trace possible misuse of your e-mail address at a later point in time . In the confirmation email sent out for control purposes (double opt in the
e-mail) we also save the date and time of the click on the confirmation link and the IP address entered by the internet service provider (ISP).
b) Purpose and legal basis
The data collected by us when registering for the newsletter will only be used for advertising purposes by way of the newsletter.
The processing of your e-mail address for sending the newsletter is based on Art. 6 Abs. 1 bed. a) GDPR and § 7 para. 2 No. 3 UWG on the declaration of consent you voluntarily submitted below and which can be revoked at any time for the future.
In addition, the processing is based on Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit f) GDPR based on our legitimate interests to document proof of the required consent.
c) Duration of storage
Your e-mail address will be saved as long as you have subscribed to the newsletter. After you unsubscribe from the newsletter, your e-mail address will be deleted unless you have expressly consented to further use of your data.

15. Data security and security measures
We are committed to protecting your privacy and treating your personal data confidentially. To this end, we take extensive technical and organizational security precautions, which are regularly checked and adapted to technological progress.

Right to revoke your data protection consent according to Art. 7 Abs. 3 S. 1 DS-GVO

Right to information according to Art. 15 DS-GVO
